About the Event
Join the I Define Me Fitness Family and Friends as we go on our 1st nature event on Saturday, April 3rd! Get some fresh air, walk and enjoy the beautiful views of the High Shoals Waterfall located at South Mountains State Park in Connelly Springs, NC.
The 2.70 mile loop crosses the Jacob Fork River and reaches the High Shoals Waterfall 1 mile from the parking lot. The trail continues up steep steps and crosses the river again above the waterfall.
Trail Difficulty: Strenuous hike
Trail Surface: Natural surface
Meeting Area: We will meet at the parking lot of the location.
Parking: The parking lot is small, so please arrive early and/or prepare to park at another location near the parking lot.
