Personal Training

Personal Training

Personal Training is offered for all ages and fitness levels. You will receive hands-on coaching as you work towards improving your cardiorespiratory endurance, muscular strength and endurance, balance and coordination, mental health and nutrition. You will also have access to the app. which will include your fitness training and nutrition program as a way to track your progress. You have the option to choose between the 8, 12 or 16 sessions monthly membership.

Virtual Personal Training

Virtual Personal Training includes live virtual coaching. Although you will have access to the app. which will include your nutrition and fitness training program, you will complete your training virtually while I coach you throughout your session.

Online Personal Training

Improve and/or maintain your mental, emotional, physical health and nutrition online and on the go with Online Personal Training! You will have full access to the app. which will include your personalized nutrition and fitness training program that you can access anytime and anywhere.

Group Training

Partner Group Training

With Partner Group Training you two will encourage and motivate one another as you two work together to complete your workout. You two will also support one another and hold each other accountable as you progress towards achieving your health and fitness goals. You have the option to choose between the 8 or 12 sessions, online or in-person membership.

Small Group Training

Do you have a small group of three to five individuals you would like to privately exercise with? If so, schedule a small group fitness session today!

Large Group Training

Gather your family, friends and/or coworkers in a group of six to ten and schedule a large group fitness session. It's nothing like having fun while surrounded by an encouraging group of individuals you will exercise with!

Total Body Blast

Class Description

  • In Total Body Blast you will target all of your muscle groups while completing a variety of exercises that will improve your cardiorespiratory endurance, muscular strength and endurance, balance and coordination.

  • During your workout you will complete a variety of exercises while using your body weight and free weights.

  • The positive environment includes supportive like-minded individuals who are working towards improving their health, holistically!
