Class Description

  • In Total Body Blast you will complete a full body HIIT workout that will improve your cardiorespiratory endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, balance and coordination.

  • During your workout you will complete a variety of exercises while using your body weight, free weights and more.

  • The positive environment includes supportive like-minded individuals of all ages who are also working towards improving their health, holistically!
